Legacy Community Solutions (LCS) was founded in 2022 by Dr. Gregory Spencer and his wife, Alexis. Dr. Greg and Alexis (Chief of Staff) are community leaders who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Our Legacy Community Solutions (LCS) founders appointed Dr. Steven Spencer as the Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of the nonprofit organization. Dr. Spencer collaborates with his siblings, Adriana Spencer, the Director of Community Impact, and Blake Spencer, the Director of Operations. The dedicated staff of LCS, along with our community partners, comprises experienced professionals who are deeply committed to our mission and vision. LCS is steadfast in providing our clients with the necessary support to ensure their success.

With guidance and direction from the Legacy Community Solutions Leadership Team, the Executive Director determines the direction of the organization, including the day-to-day operations, hiring and managing staff, development and implementation of programs, and fundraising efforts.
Legacy Community Solutions also has an Advisory Board. The Advisory Board’s role is to offer advice on strategic planning, fundraise, and raise brand awareness to communities in need. To accomplish this task, Advisory Board Members build relationships with donors, volunteers, and other foundations, programs, agencies, and or companies willing to invest in their community’s future.
Our volunteer Advisory Board are individuals from various backgrounds and industries. They’re experts in their disciplines and desire to give back to families, schools, communities, and organizations. We thank them for their insights and support.
