Legacy Community Solutions is a community 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that transforms high-need communities through advocacy, collaboration, and consultancy services. Our mission is to promote academic and fine arts scholarship, financial wellness education, as well as various other life-skills and work-skills training programs to promote generational advancement.
Legacy Community Solutions serves individuals and families in communities across the United States of America and its territories. We believe that everyone deserves to live a life of dignity and security, regardless of their circumstances. We are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based community development services that empower people to reach their goals.
Legacy Community Solutions (LCS) was founded in 2022 by Dr. Gregory Spencer and his wife, Alexis. Dr. Greg and Alexis (Chief of Staff) are community leaders who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Our Legacy Community Solutions (LCS) founders appointed Dr. Steven Spencer as the Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of the nonprofit organization. Dr. Spencer collaborates with his siblings, Adriana Spencer, the Director of Community Impact, and Blake Spencer, the Director of Operations. The dedicated staff of LCS, along with our community partners, comprises experienced professionals who are deeply committed to our mission and vision. LCS is steadfast in providing our clients with the necessary support to ensure their success.
Legacy Community Solutions’ core constituents include individuals and families from all cultures, backgrounds, and demographics within the United States. The need for our services is great regardless of any circumstance. These individuals and families are often struggling to meet their basic needs, let alone achieve their long-term goals.
Legacy Community Solutions is filling a critical need by providing access to high-quality, evidence-based programs and services. Our programs are designed to help our clients improve their academic achievement, financial literacy, and life skills.
Financial Plan. Legacy Community Solutions’ various programs and services will be funded through multidunous revenue building and investment programs that will allow us to continue to provide high-quality services to our community members.

On 06.23.2022, Platform Community Services, Inc. was approved by the IRS as a 501(c)(3)) Nonprofit. This is our Determination Letter: Name Change – Legacy Community Solutions, Inc. – Filed Amendment (1).
On 03.03.2023, the name was changed to Legacy Community Solutions, Inc., per the state of CA.
On 10.27.2023, the IRS accepted our name change to Legacy Community Solutions, Inc.
