Legacy Community Solutions was founded in 2022 by Dr. Gregory A. Spencer and his wife, Alexis — both lifelong educators and community champions.
The organization honors Dr. Spencer’s mother, Dr. Ethel W. Spencer — a beloved educator known affectionately as “Mother” in her community. Her spirit of care and commitment inspires everything we do.
